Mission "Finding Devil", who are the people running directly & indirectly these illegal dance & disco bars in Calangute VP?
Yesterday, much anguished and harassed citizens of Calangute VP, took out a peaceful protest march, to express their utter dismay at the apathy law enforcement authorities are showing at their complaint against the menace of dance bars, operating illegally in Calangute-Baga-Arpora.
Notable thing regarding the protest march was that, the two most powerful persons in Calangute constituency; MLA of Calangute Mr. Michael Lobo and the Sarpanch of Calangute VP, Mr.Joseph Sequeira also marched along with the citizens.
If the two most powerful people in Calangute are not being able to do anything regarding the dance bar menace, then who is actually running the Calangute administration? Chandni bar mafia of Calangute?
Earlier at this publication, we had asked, "Who shelters the Chandni Bar Mafia Of Calangute?"
This question still remains unanswered.
When the administration is clearly failing, and powerless; the citizens of Calangute does not need "rally", they need to "rally" together to step the menace.
The first step is to find out, who is running the Dance Bars at Calangute, both directly and indirectly and bring them out in the open.Sufficient media outlet options are available for Calangutkars.
The VP is one place, where all the information should be available.
But yet, we have the VP Sarpanch walking alongside the common citizen, protesting in a march on Sunday evening.
If Village Panchayat does not have information, then surely the youth and citizens of Calangute should make it their mission to find out. It is a much easier task, than conducting a protest march.
Once, the "names" tumble out, so would tumble out henceforth, the "connections" of these "names". Thus the citizens of Calangute should be able to force the authorities to act, in a much more substantive manner.Unless, the names and their connections comes out, nothing will improve in Calangute.
Youth and activist citizens of Calangute need to start mission "Finding Devil" and today is a good day to start with it.
