Respect for a Finnish Mother's tears...
Felix Dahl, 22 Year old Finnish, was found dead under mysterious circumstances on 28th January 2015 at Patnem. Goa Police said, it was a self accident. His mother believes, it was a murder.
Those who seek justice for their lost ones, do not seek it for any selfish motive. They seek it for only 1 purpose, that what happened to their loved ones, should not happen to any other.
And thus, they make the world a better and safer place to live, for all.
A 22 Years old, Finnish, student of Economics 3rd Year; Felix Dahl comes to his second visit to Goa in late 2014, and dies mysteriously in the intervening period of 28th January 2015.
Just about, as yet another "Republic Day Of India" celebrations got over.
India is the only country in the world, which addresses even an animal as mother. That's a cow.
But when a mother, raises doubt about the sudden and unnatural demise of his son, in a foreign country; instead of being sympathetic to that mother, Goa Police brushes asides her convictions about the tragedy befallen to her son, as accidental.
In a country which is renowned for or "Atithi Devo Bhav", loosely translated as "Tourist/Visitor is our deity!" and takes pride and blasts it away, all across the world with every megaphone available; Goa Police could not even lend a sensitive ear to the tears of a mother.
A mother knows her son/daughter the best.
When you are in Finland, and your son is killed in Goa (India); unless and until you are absolutely true from deep within the heart, one would give away the fight. Knowing the archaic Police and Judicial system, which favours the powerful and deep pockets.
The fight for justice for Felix Dahl, still continues after 8 Years.
Is this too complicated to understand, why?
Because, Justice is a Universal right!
What happens when a Goan visits Finland and dies under mysterious circumstances, and the incident is scrubbed aside as a "another/regular"one, would the Goans would feel ok with it? For that matter, any Indian?
No, because obviously we cannot bring our lost ones back, but we shall and can strive to bring the perpetrators of the crime to law and make them pay for it, so that no other Mother loses her 22 Year old son/daughter.
Canacona is such a beautiful place, but there are monsters lurking there, like all over Goa.
Monsters need to be identified, and they should be brought to justice; so that others remain safe.
So that, another tourist from Finland feel safe while planning his trip to India.
Goa Police can't be everywhere and do everything, when Goans themselves act rogue. But, what they can do is to act without prejudice, malice or malafide intent.
Calling an obvious unnatural death, a self accident, out of malice is unbecoming of Policeman and donning Khaki.
Paying lip service to "mother" as "Gai Hamari Mata Hai", would not bring laurels to country.
Acting on a mother's tears, after 8 years, would surely will.
This is an endeavour to bring forth facts and discrepancies from the investigation(s) into the death of Felix Dahl.
