The Jailor & Jail Superintendent of Central Jail Colvale have no regards for law or Judiciary : Fail to produce Vikat Bhagat yet again.
IPS Omvir Singh Bishnoi (IG) should get some respect and able to command his men, at least.
The truth is, it's the Jailor and Jail Superintendent of Colvale Central Jail, who rules the Prison Department and not Inspector General.
It looks like, IG (Civil or Uniformed) may come and go, but the fact is that, Colvale Prison runs on the whims and fancies and acts of commissions of the Jailor and Jail Superintendent.
Once again, for the 3rd time, in a row, the Jailor of Colvale Central Jail, under the able leadership and guidance of IPS Omvir Singh Bishnoi, failed to produce the accused (High Security) Vikat Bhagat to the Margao Sessions Court for the hearing of the trial of Danielle McLaughlin. This was the 190th hearing of the trial.
This is in spite of the written instructions by the Hon'ble District and Sessions Judge Court of Margao.
Last time, there was no Police Escort available, and this time, there was no wireless message or any reason whatsoever.
Prosecution Witness 16, was also not being produced despite summons being duly received.
